
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range built for professional kitchens. With a 36” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this range offers ample space and durability for a variety of cooking tasks. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail and fully stainless steel front and sides, ensuring a long-lasting and easy-to-maintain structure. The front-mounted manual gas shut-off allows for quick and easy access to control the entire range, while the factory-installed regulator ensures seamless operation right out of the box. Additionally, the range is equipped with a reliable battery spark ignition system for the oven bases, ensuring fast and consistent ignition.
For added versatility, the range includes a 36” Griddle Top, made from a 1/2” thick cold-rolled steel plate for a durable, smooth cooking surface. The griddle top is available with either manual or thermostatic temperature control, allowing for precise cooking adjustments depending on your needs.
The Hybrid Electric Convection Oven is electrically heated with a powerful 6 kW heating element, providing the convenience and efficiency of electric heating while retaining the key features of the gas oven. The oven includes a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), offering precise temperature control for a variety of cooking tasks. Inside, the porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, providing ample space for cooking. The oven also comes with three adjustable racks and five-position side rails for flexible cooking arrangements. Powered by a high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor running at 1710 rpm with 115V AC, the motor is designed for optimal performance with permanent split-phase, lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows the convection oven to operate as a standard oven when needed.
