Measuring 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this unit features durable stainless steel construction on the front, sides, and 4” front rail for a clean, polished look that’s built to last. A front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed regulator ensure added safety and efficient operation.

This model includes a split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) with two star/saute’ burners in the front and two 33,000 BTU standard burners in the rear, offering flexibility for varied cooking tasks—from delicate simmering to high-heat searing. Additionally, a 24” cast iron charbroiler (available on the left or right) provides flame-grilled performance and features removable grates for easy cleaning, making it ideal for grilling proteins, vegetables, or signature menu items.

For baking and roasting, the unit comes equipped with a standard oven (Model D) delivering 45,000 BTUs of natural gas heating power. The oven includes a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, allowing full-size pans to fit both lengthwise and crosswise. One oven rack with two-position side rails offers flexibility for different pan sizes and cooking needs.

Completing the setup is an 18” stainless steel cabinet base that adds extra storage for pans, utensils, or cookware. An optional no-charge door can be added for enhanced functionality and organization.
