The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series combines reliability, flexibility, and power to elevate the cooking capabilities of any professional kitchen. With a 48-5/8” wide structure and a 37” high cooking top, this commercial gas range is designed for durability and ease of use. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and side panels that ensure longevity and simplify cleaning. The range also includes a front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed regulator, providing enhanced safety and convenience during operation.

The cooking area is designed for versatility, featuring a Griddle Top with options for 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plates with raised sides on 48” wide griddles (available in either manual or thermostatic control). A 1” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides is also available for those requiring more intensive cooking control. Whether you’re preparing breakfast foods or searing steaks, the griddle surface provides even heat distribution for perfect results.

For oven performance, the Convection Oven Models (A) deliver 32,000 BTUs of NAT gas power with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, making it large enough for various baking and roasting tasks. It comes with three racks and five-position side rails, offering flexible oven space. The 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60-cycle motor provides high efficiency with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation, ensuring optimal performance. Additionally, an On/Off switch allows the convection oven base to function as a standard oven when needed.

The unit also features an 18” stainless steel cabinet base for extra storage, with an optional no-charge door for added convenience. This combination of features makes the Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series a highly efficient and versatile cooking solution for any commercial kitchen.
