
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a heavy-duty commercial gas range designed for high-volume kitchen operations. This model measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top and includes a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and sides for durability and easy maintenance. A front-located manual gas shut-off valve provides added safety, while a factory-installed gas regulator ensures consistent performance. Standing pilots for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases offer reliable startup and ease of use.
This range features two different burner configurations. The 33K Non-clog Burner setup (Burner Option 1) includes four patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners, each delivering 33,000 BTU NAT for powerful and consistent heat. Additionally, the 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 5) combines two high-output Pyromax burners in the rear with three standard 33K burners in the front, providing flexible and high-capacity cooking zones tailored for demanding tasks.
The unit is equipped with two convection ovens (Model A) in the base, each delivering 32,000 BTU NAT with a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The ovens feature porcelain enamel interiors that measure 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, accommodating a variety of pan sizes and configurations. Each oven includes three racks with five-position side rails for optimal cooking flexibility. Powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor, the convection system is designed for maximum efficiency with permanent split-phase operation, lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. A convenient on/off switch allows each convection oven base to operate as a standard oven when desired.
This configuration is ideal for kitchens needing a combination of precision, power, and versatility in both cooktop and baking performance.
