
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a premium commercial gas range designed for high-efficiency cooking in professional kitchens. With a 60-3/4” width and a 37” high cooking top, this range is built to withstand heavy-duty use. Its durable construction features a 4” stainless steel front rail, with both the front and sides made of stainless steel, ensuring long-term reliability and ease of maintenance. A front-located manual gas shut-off offers quick access for safety, allowing for easy control of the entire range. The unit also includes a factory-installed regulator for consistent gas pressure, standing pilots for open-top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, enhancing both functionality and convenience.
The range features Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2), which use a cast bowl design for better heat efficiency and allow the full use of the range top. The grates are available with (4) 27K BTU non-clog burners with wavy grates, providing superior cooking performance. For more intensive cooking needs, the Pyromax Burners (Burner Option 7) are a high-output solution, offering 40,000 BTU NAT and featuring a PATENTED three-piece, easy-to-clean non-clog burner with a built-in port protection drip ring. A set of four of these powerful burners is available, making it a great option for high-volume cooking.
The Standard Oven Models (D) include 45,000 BTU NAT burners, a standing pilot, and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven has a porcelain enamel interior that measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, with space to fit full-sized pans in both directions. Each oven comes with one rack and two-position side rails. This unit includes two standard oven bases, making it a reliable and efficient solution for any busy kitchen.
