The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a durable and high-performance commercial gas range measuring 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking top. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire unit. A factory-installed regulator ensures optimal gas flow, while a standing pilot serves the open burners and battery spark ignition powers the oven bases for dependable startup.

This configuration includes Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2), which are designed with a cast bowl for enhanced efficiency and allow full use of the range top. These are paired with two 27,000 BTU non-clog burners. In addition, it incorporates the 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 5), combining two high-output Pyromax burners in the rear with three 33,000 BTU standard burners in the front, offering a powerful and versatile cooking surface.

Below the cooktop, the range includes Space Saver Double Oven Models (EE). Each oven delivers 45,000 BTU NAT and features a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interior is finished in porcelain enamel and measures 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep, with one rack and two-position side rails for flexible baking or roasting.
