The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed for demanding kitchen environments. Measuring 60-3/4″ wide with a 37″ high cooking top, this range is built with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, providing durability and a sleek, easy-to-clean finish. It features a front-located manual gas shut-off for quick and convenient control, a factory-installed gas regulator for consistent performance, a standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.

This model includes four patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners, each delivering 33,000 BTU of natural gas power. It also features a five-burner configuration (Burner Option 6), combining two high-output Pyromax burners in the rear with three 33,000 BTU star-pattern burners in the front—offering exceptional versatility for various cooking needs.

The range comes equipped with two oven base options. The convection oven (Model A) delivers 32,000 BTU with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). It features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep, with three racks and five-position side rails. The oven is powered by a 1/2 horsepower motor with a 1710 RPM, 60-cycle, 115V AC high-efficiency motor. It includes permanent split-phase technology, permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the oven to function as a standard oven if desired.

The standard oven base (Model D) offers 45,000 BTU with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F and a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep. It accommodates full-size pans in both directions and includes one rack with two-position side rails.
