The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is designed for high-volume kitchens, offering superior performance, durability, and flexibility. With a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this commercial gas range is perfect for chefs who need efficiency and reliability. The range is equipped with 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, ensuring easy cleaning and long-lasting durability. For safety, the range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off and comes with a factory-installed regulator for convenience.

The Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) feature a cast bowl design that promotes better heat distribution and ensures full use of the entire range top. This unit comes with 10 non-clog burners that provide 27K BTU of cooking power, allowing you to handle a wide variety of cooking tasks with ease.

For baking, roasting, and other intensive cooking tasks, this range features two convection ovens, each with 32,000 BTU NAT of power. The convection ovens are designed with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), offering precision temperature control. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, providing ample space for full-sized pans. The ovens are equipped with three racks and five-position side rails for flexible cooking. Additionally, the 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor ensures consistent, high-efficiency performance, with overload protection and Class “B” insulation to extend the life of the unit.
