Southbend’s S-Series restaurant range offers a quality, versatile range for commercial foodservice applications. 24″, 36″, 48″, and 60″ widths and a number of top configurations are available. Configurations include combinations of open burners, griddles and hot tops.

  • 28,000 BTU NAT (24,000 BTU LP) patented one-piece cast iron non-clog burners with lifetime warranty
  • Individual removable cast iron grate tops (rear accommodates up to 14" stock pot)
  • 36" smooth, polished 1/2" thick steel griddle plate with four 16,000 BTU burners
  • Two removable one-piece crumb drawers under burners
  • 4" stainless steel front rail with closed, welded end caps
  • Metal control knobs with red stripe and hinged lower valve panel
  • 35,000 BTU space saver oven with snap-action thermostat (175°F to 550°F)
  • U-shaped heavy-duty oven burner with flame failure safety device
  • Large oven cavity (26" wide × 26-1/2" deep) with enameled interior
  • Fully insulated oven with heavy-duty rock wool and baffle assembly
  • Convection oven option with 1/2 hp high-efficiency blower motor and on/off switch
  • Multiple rack positions with removable oven racks
  • 6" stainless steel adjustable legs with factory-installed pressure regulator
