The range features standing pilots for the open top burners and a battery spark ignition system for the oven bases, offering reliable, hassle-free ignitions for both burners and ovens.
The Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4) includes three star/saute’ burners in the front, providing high heat for searing, sautéing, and other fast-cooking techniques, while three standard 33K burners in the rear offer versatile and controlled simmering and boiling options.
For additional versatility, the Raised Griddle (Right only) is available in a 24” width, offering a smooth, high-performance cooking surface with manual control and an under-broiler for consistent, efficient cooking. This griddle option is ideal for cooking delicate items like pancakes, eggs, or burgers with an even heat distribution.
The Standard Oven Models (D) include a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), offering precise temperature control for a variety of cooking tasks. The porcelain enamel interior is designed for easy cleaning and durability, with an interior size of 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, allowing full-sized pans to fit both ways. This oven comes equipped with one rack and two-position side rails for added flexibility.
Additionally, this unit features two standard oven bases, providing ample space to cook large quantities simultaneously, making it an essential tool for high-volume kitchens.
