The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, built for demanding kitchen environments. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail along with a stainless steel front and sides, offering durability and easy maintenance. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides quick access for added safety, while a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas flow. The range operates with a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, combining reliability with ease of use. The 5-burner configuration includes (2) high-output Pyromax burners in the rear and (3) star-style 33K burners in the front, offering a versatile layout for various cooking needs. A 24” charbroiler is included on either the left or right side, equipped with removable cast iron grates ideal for grilling. This unit comes with two convection oven bases, each delivering 32,000 BTU NAT with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel oven interiors measure 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, fitting full-sized pans with ease. Each oven includes three racks with five-position side rails, and is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, high-efficiency motor with overload protection and permanent lubricated ball bearings. An on/off switch allows the convection base to operate as a standard oven when needed.
