The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a premium-grade commercial gas range designed to deliver exceptional performance in high-demand kitchen environments. Measuring 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, the range features a durable 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and sides, combining rugged construction with a sleek, professional appearance. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides convenient access for safety, and a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas flow. The open burners utilize a standing pilot system for reliability, while the oven bases are ignited using battery spark ignition.

This configuration includes (4) 33,000 BTU NAT Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3), engineered with a specialized port arrangement that ensures even flame distribution, ideal for sautéing, simmering, and high-heat cooking. Complementing the burners is a 24” griddle top, which can be mounted on either the left or right side of the range. The griddle features a 1/2” smooth, polished steel cooking surface with raised sides for spill containment and is available in both manual and thermostatic controls. For wider applications, a 1” griddle plate is available on 48” wide models.

The range also includes a 45,000 BTU NAT standard oven (Model D), with a thermostat-adjustable temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, fitting full-size pans both front-to-back and side-to-side. One rack with two-position side rails is included for versatile baking and roasting.

Rounding out the design is an 18” stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), providing added storage and work area. The cabinet is available with an optional no-charge door for a clean, enclosed finish.
