The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed for professional kitchens. It features a 48-5/8” width and a 37” high cooking top, built with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for durability and easy maintenance. For safety and convenience, the range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed regulator to maintain consistent gas pressure. The standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases ensure reliable and quick ignition.

The range offers Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) with a cast bowl design, improving efficiency and allowing the entire range top to be used effectively. These grates are available only with 27,000 BTU non-clog burners, and the unit includes two burners. Additionally, the 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 5) combines two Pyromax burners in the rear with either three standard 33K BTU burners in the front for versatile cooking options.

The Standard Oven Models (D) feature a 45,000 BTU NAT oven, equipped with a standing pilot and a thermostat adjustable between 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep, capable of accommodating full-sized pans both ways. It includes one rack with two-position side rails for flexible storage and cooking options.

The Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) is an 18” stainless steel base, providing strength and stability. An optional no-charge door is available to offer a sleek and enclosed look.
