The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed to meet the rigorous demands of professional kitchens. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, the range is constructed with durable stainless steel front and sides, and includes a 4” stainless steel front rail for added strength and convenience. Key standard features include a factory-installed regulator, front-mounted manual gas shut-off, standing pilots for open burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

This model features a powerful burner layout, combining (4) 33,000 BTU cast iron star burners—engineered with a specialized port arrangement for even flame distribution—with (4) 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners. The patented Pyromax burners are high-output, non-clog, and easy to clean, featuring a three-piece construction and a built-in port protection drip ring, making them ideal for high-demand cooking environments.

Beneath the cooking surface, the unit is equipped with two standard ovens, each delivering 45,000 BTU of heating power. These ovens provide a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), and feature porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, large enough to accommodate full-size pans placed in either direction. Each oven includes one rack with two-position side rails for cooking flexibility.
