The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is designed to meet the demands of high-volume kitchens. This commercial gas range features a 36” width with a 37” high cooking top, offering ample space for cooking. The 4” stainless steel front rail and durable stainless steel front and sides ensure both resilience and easy maintenance. The front-located manual gas shut-off allows for quick gas control, while the factory-installed regulator ensures consistent performance.

The standing pilot system for the open top burners ensures reliable ignition, and the battery spark ignition for oven bases provides dependable starting. The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Options 5) combines (2) Pyromax burners at the rear for intense heat with (3) standard 33K BTU burners in the front for versatile sautéing and cooking.

The Convection Oven Models (A) feature a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep and is designed to accommodate three racks with five-position side rails. The oven features a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC high-efficiency motor with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the CO base to operate as a standard oven, providing flexibility and reliability for all types of cooking.
