This heavy-duty gas range features a 60-3/4” wide cooking top set at a convenient 37” height, providing ample workspace for chefs. Built with durability in mind, the range boasts a stainless steel front and sides with a 4” stainless steel front rail, making it easy to clean and maintain in a busy kitchen environment. A front-located manual gas shut-off valve and a factory-installed regulator ensure safety and control during operation, while the standing pilot for the open-top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases offer reliable and efficient startup every time.

The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series comes with a versatile five-burner configuration, combining two Pyromax burners in the rear with three powerful 33K star burners in the front. There are six burner configuration options, allowing chefs to customize the range to suit their specific cooking needs. Additionally, the unit features a 24” charbroiler with removable, cast iron grates, which can be placed on either the left or right side, perfect for grilling meats, seafood, and vegetables.

For baking, roasting, and other cooking tasks, the range includes a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, allowing full-sized pans to fit both ways. It comes with one rack and two-position side rails for efficient space utilization, making it ideal for any kitchen operation.
