- Features two patented, one-piece cast iron non-clog burners with a lifetime warranty, each producing 28,000 BTU (Natural Gas) or 24,000 BTU (Liquid Propane).
- Includes a large 48-inch wide manual griddle made of 1-inch smooth and polished steel with raised sides, powered by five 16,000 BTU burners for efficient heat distribution.
- Equipped with individual removable cast iron grate tops that can hold pots up to 14 inches in diameter.
- Contains two standard ovens, each with a 35,000 BTU U-shaped heavy-duty burner and a snap-action thermostat adjustable from 175°F to 550°F.
- Oven interiors are fully enameled for easy cleaning and long-lasting performance.
- The oven is insulated on four sides and top with heavy, self-supporting block type rock wool, including an oven baffle assembly for superior heat retention and efficiency.
- Comes with factory-installed pressure regulator to ensure consistent and safe gas pressure.
- Adjustable 6-inch stainless steel legs provide stability and easy leveling.
- Equipped with a flame failure safety device and an On/Off switch that allows the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven.
