The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a top-tier commercial gas range designed to meet the demands of professional kitchens with power, flexibility, and durability. Featuring a 48-5/8” wide cooking surface set at a 37” height, this range includes a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, offering both a sleek, modern look and easy maintenance. For added safety, it comes equipped with a front-located manual gas shut-off that controls the entire range, along with a factory-installed regulator. The standing pilot ignition system ensures reliable lighting for the open burners, and battery spark ignition simplifies the startup for the oven bases.

The 33K Non-Clog Burners provide exceptional heat output, with (2) patented, one-piece, clog-free, cast iron burners, each delivering 33,000 BTUs of NAT power. The rear burners are designed to hold large stock pots up to 14”, making it perfect for heavy-duty cooking. Additionally, the range features a versatile Griddle Top available in either a 36” or 48” width. The 36” griddle is equipped with a 1/2” smooth, polished steel plate, while the 48” griddle boasts a 1” thick polished steel plate. Both griddles feature raised sides to contain grease and spills and are available in either manual or thermostatic controls to match your kitchen’s needs.

The Standard Oven Model (D) is powered by 45,000 BTUs of NAT gas and offers a temperature range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), providing excellent control for baking and roasting. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high, 26” wide, and 26.5” deep, large enough to accommodate full-size pans both lengthwise and widthwise. The oven includes one rack with two-position side rails, allowing for flexible cooking configurations.

The range is completed with an 18” Stainless Steel Cabinet Base (C), providing additional storage space and available with an optional no-charge door. Combining powerful burners, a versatile griddle, and a high-capacity oven, the Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is built for chefs who demand reliability, efficiency, and performance in their cooking equipment.
