The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a professional-grade commercial gas range designed for high-performance kitchens. It measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top and features a robust 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and side panels for long-lasting durability and a sleek appearance. A front-located manual gas shut-off valve allows quick and safe control of the gas supply, while a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent performance. Open top burners operate with a standing pilot, and the oven bases utilize battery spark ignition for reliable starts.

This configuration includes (2) 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners, specifically designed with a port arrangement that promotes even flame distribution—ideal for precision sautéing and consistent cooking. Complementing the burners is a 48” wide griddle top, made of 1” smooth, polished steel with raised sides to help contain food and grease during cooking, making it well-suited for high-volume griddling.

Beneath the cooking surface, the range includes two convection oven bases (Model A), each rated at 32,000 BTU NAT. These ovens feature a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), with porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high by 26” wide and 24” deep. Each oven comes equipped with three racks and five-position side rails to handle a variety of baking or roasting tasks. A high-efficiency 1/2 horsepower motor operates at 1710 rpm with permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows users to convert the convection oven into a standard oven when needed.

The base also includes a stainless steel cabinet (Cabinet C), providing convenient under-range storage. Optional no-charge doors that open from the center can be added for easy access to the cabinet space.
