At the core of the Steam Shell is an innovative, removable high-temperature silicone gasket that seals in heat and moisture during cooking. Built for performance and durability, the unit features a powerful 3.2 kW heating element and a 3/8″ thick cast aluminum platen for rapid heat recovery and consistent temperatures across its 10.75″ x 23″ cooking surface.
