This pan offers manual or optional power tilt, a water-resistant console, and redundant safety systems, making cooking easier and safer.
The 30-gallon (114-liter) and 40-gallon (152-liter) pans are made from 10-gauge T-304 stainless steel, featuring a #4 finish exterior, a polished interior, and coved corners for easy cleaning. Steel atmospheric burners heat the pan, and the balanced design ensures easy tilting to the desired position.
The new power tilt operates smoothly with a manual override that requires no tools for operation, unlike other models. The fully polished stainless steel cooking surface prevents food from adhering and is easy to clean. Burners automatically turn off when the pan tilts from the horizontal position.
The skillet is equipped with a heavy-duty spring-assisted cover with a condensate vent and a stainless steel tubular frame system for stable support. The console is fully covered with stainless steel, protecting the controls while offering easy access for floor cleaning.
The tilting mechanism includes a precision ground and polished worm, ensuring smooth and long-lasting operation with positive control via the hand crank. A power tilt option is available, with a handle for manual override if needed.
