Built for the rigors of outdoor use, this griddle is constructed from corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel on all exterior panels, and reinforced with insulated double-wall sides for durability and heat efficiency. Additional features include electronic spark ignition, a large-capacity grease drawer, a fully welded griddle plate with a protected exhaust vent, and a flame failure safety device.
