This Platinum Series Convection Oven is an electric, double deck, standard cavity depth, 22 kW of power, with standard controls. This series features a stainless steel exterior. Standard depth ovens accommodate one full size (18″ x 26″) sheet pan per oven rack left to right in the oven.
