This Platinum Series Convection Oven is a ventless, electric, double deck, standard cavity depth, 15kW of power, with touch controls and dependent doors. This series features a stainless steel exterior. Standard Depth ovens and accommodate one full size (18″ x 26″) sheet pan per oven rack left to right in the oven.
