This Platinum Series Convection Oven is a half-size gas (liquid propane) double deck with standard cavity depth and 60,000 BTU of power, with standard controls and dependent doors. This series features a stainless steel exterior. Standard Depth ovens and accommodate one full size (18″ x 26″) sheet pan per oven rack left to right in the oven.
