Constructed with a durable stainless steel front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom, the unit is built to withstand the rigors of busy kitchens. The removable cast iron grate and 9-1/4″ deep front rail allow for easy cleaning and maintenance, while the removable drip tray keeps the cooking surface tidy. The fully insulated burner box ensures optimal heat retention, and the 1-1/4″ front gas manifold with a 1″ rear gas connection offers efficient gas flow. A 5″ high stainless steel flue riser completes the range’s robust design.
