This Platinum Series Convection Oven is a ventless, electric, single deck, standard cavity depth, 7.5kW of power, with touch controls and independent doors. This series features a stainless steel exterior. Standard Depth ovens and accommodate one full size (18″ x 26″) sheet pan per oven rack left to right in the oven. Energy Star compliant!
