Southbend’s S-Series restaurant range offers a quality, versatile range for commercial foodservice applications. 24″, 36″, 48″, and 60″ widths and a number of top configurations are available. Configurations include combinations of open burners, griddles and hot tops.

  • 36-1/2" wide unit with stainless steel front, sides, and removable shelf
  • Four 28,000 BTU LP cast iron non-clog burners with removable grates (rear holds up to 14" stock pot)
  • 12" manual griddle with 1/2" thick polished steel plate and one 18,000 BTU burner (left side)
  • 4" stainless steel front rail with closed, welded end caps
  • Removable one-piece crumb drawer under burners
  • Metal control knobs with red stripe and hinged lower valve panel
  • 35,000 BTU standard oven with U-shaped burner and snap-action thermostat (175°F–550°F)
  • Large 26" wide x 26-1/2" deep enameled oven interior with 2-position rack guides and one rack
  • Heavy block-type rock wool insulation on four sides and top with oven baffle assembly
  • 6" stainless steel adjustable legs and factory-installed pressure regulator
