- 35,000 BTU convection oven with snap action thermostat adjustable 175°F–550°F and U-shaped heavy-duty burner
- Oven interior fully enameled with insulated sides and oven baffle assembly
- 1/2 hp high-efficiency permanent split phase motor with on/off switch; 5-position rack guides with two removable racks
- Factory-installed pressure regulator, metal knobs with red stripe, hinged lower valve panel, quadrant spring doors with ergonomic chrome handle, and 6” stainless steel adjustable legs
