  • 4” stainless steel front rail with closed, welded end caps
  • Individual removable cast iron grate tops; rear supports up to 14” stock pot
  • Removable one-piece crumb drawer under burners
  • 35,000 BTU convection oven with snap action thermostat adjustable 175°F–550°F and U-shaped heavy-duty burner
  • Oven interior fully enameled with insulated sides and oven baffle assembly
  • 1/2 hp high-efficiency permanent split phase motor with on/off switch; 5-position rack guides with two removable racks
  • Factory-installed pressure regulator, metal knobs with red stripe, hinged lower valve panel, quadrant spring doors with ergonomic chrome handle, and 6” stainless steel adjustable legs
