- 24" thermostatic griddle with smooth, 1/2" thick polished steel plate and three 16,000 BTU burners
- Heavy-duty convection oven with 35,000 BTU U-shaped burner and snap-action thermostat (175°F to 550°F)
- Oven includes enameled interior, insulated with rock wool, and baffle assembly for heat retention
- High-efficiency 1/2 hp motor with on/off switch allows convection oven to operate as standard oven
- Five-position rack guides with two removable racks in convection oven
- Cast iron grates are removable; rear supports up to 14” stock pot
- 4” stainless steel front rail with welded end caps and removable crumb drawer
- Factory-installed pressure regulator, ergonomic chrome door handle, metal knobs with red stripe, and 6" adjustable legs
