- Convection oven with 35,000 BTU U-shaped burner and snap-action thermostat (175°F to 550°F)
- High-efficiency 1/2 hp motor with on/off switch enables standard or convection oven mode
- Oven features 5-position rack guides and two removable racks
- Fully enameled oven cavity, insulated with block-type rock wool and baffle assembly
- 4" stainless steel front rail with closed, welded end caps
- Removable one-piece crumb drawer below griddle
- Factory-installed pressure regulator and hinged lower valve panel
- Ergonomic chrome door handle, quadrant spring doors, red-striped metal knobs, and 6" adjustable stainless steel legs
