Southbend’s S-Series restaurant range offers a quality, versatile range for commercial foodservice applications. 24″, 36″, 48″, and 60″ widths and a number of top configurations are available. Configurations include combinations of open burners, griddles and hot tops.

Product Features

  • The unit has a 36-1/2 inch wide open cooking surface made of stainless steel.
  • It includes a 36-inch manual griddle plate, ½ inch thick, polished steel with raised sides.
  • There are four 16,000 BTU burners underneath the griddle for consistent heat.
  • The oven features a 35,000 BTU space saver burner.
  • Oven temperature is adjustable from 175°F to 550°F with a snap action thermostat.
  • It has a heavy-duty U-shaped oven burner with a flame failure safety device.
  • The oven cavity is large, fully enameled, and insulated with heavy block-type rock wool.
  • There is a removable one-piece crumb drawer under the burners for easy cleaning.
  • The unit comes with a factory-installed pressure regulator for proper gas flow.
  • Adjustable 6-inch stainless steel legs allow for stable and level setup.
