Southbend’s S-Series restaurant range offers a quality, versatile range for commercial foodservice applications. 24″, 36″, 48″, and 60″ widths and a number of top configurations are available. Configurations include combinations of open burners, griddles and hot tops.

Product Features

  • 36-1/2" wide unit with stainless steel front, sides, and removable shelf
  • 36" thermostatic griddle with smooth, 1/2" thick polished steel plate and four 16,000 BTU burners
  • Convection oven with 35,000 BTU U-shaped burner and snap-action thermostat (175°F to 550°F)
  • Oven includes 5-position rack guides and two removable racks
  • High-efficiency 1/2 hp motor with on/off switch allows oven to operate as standard or convection
  • Oven cavity is enameled and fully insulated with rock wool and baffle assembly
  • 4" stainless steel front rail with welded end caps
  • Removable crumb drawer located beneath the griddle
  • Factory-installed pressure regulator and hinged lower valve panel
  • Ergonomic quadrant spring doors, chrome handle, metal knobs with red stripe, and 6" adjustable stainless steel legs
