  • Individual, removable cast iron grate tops (rear holds up to 14” stock pot).
  • Removable, one-piece crumb drawer under the burners for easy cleaning.
  • Metal knobs with red stripe and hinged, lower valve panel for convenient operation.
  • Quadrant spring doors with ergonomic chrome handle for comfort.
  • 6” stainless steel adjustable legs for stable installation.
  • Factory-installed pressure regulator included.
  • Aluminized cabinet base for durability and corrosion resistance.
