  • Four non-clog, one-piece cast iron burners with removable cast iron grate tops (rear supports up to 14" stock pot)
  • 24" thermostatic griddle with 1/2" thick polished steel plate and raised sides
  • Convection oven with snap action thermostat (adjustable from 175°F to 550°F)
  • Heavy-duty U-shaped oven burner with flame failure safety device
  • Large enameled oven interior (26" wide x 26-1/2" deep) with 5-position rack guides and two removable racks
  • Convection motor: 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 115V AC permanent split phase with on/off switch for standard oven operation
  • Aluminized cabinet base with optional center-opening doors
  • Two removable, one-piece crumb drawers under burners
  • Factory-installed pressure regulator and 6" stainless steel adjustable legs
