- U-shaped heavy-duty oven burner with integrated flame failure safety device
- Large oven interior (26" wide x 26-1/2" deep), fully enameled with 5-position rack guides and two removable racks
- 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 115V AC high-efficiency motor with on/off switch for convection control
- Aluminized cabinet base with optional center-opening doors at no additional cost
- 4" stainless steel front rail with welded end caps and hinged lower valve panel
- 6" stainless steel adjustable legs and factory-installed pressure regulator
