  • (10) removable cast iron grate tops; rear clearance for up to 14" stock pot
  • (2) removable one-piece crumb drawers for easy cleaning
  • 4" stainless steel front rail with closed, welded end caps
  • 35,000 BTU convection oven with snap-action thermostat (175°F to 550°F) and U-shaped heavy-duty burner
  • Oven cavity 26" wide x 26-1/2" deep, fully enameled and insulated with rock wool
  • Flame failure safety device and factory-installed pressure regulator
  • 6" stainless steel adjustable legs and quadrant spring doors with ergonomic chrome handles
  • 1/2 hp motor (1710 rpm, 60Hz, 115V AC) and aluminized cabinet base with optional center-opening doors
