  • Ten removable cast iron grate tops, with rear area designed to hold up to a 14" stock pot
  • Two removable, one-piece crumb drawers under burners for easy maintenance
  • Metal knobs with red stripe for clear visibility and control
  • Hinged lower valve panel for easy access and service
  • Quadrant spring doors with ergonomic chrome handles for comfortable use
  • Standard oven with snap action thermostat adjustable from 175°F to 550°F and heavy-duty U-shaped oven burner
  • Oven cavity fully enameled and insulated on all sides and top with heavy, self-supporting block-type rock wool, plus oven baffle assembly for efficient heat retention
