  • 4" stainless steel front rail with closed, welded end caps for added safety and strength
  • Ten removable cast iron grate tops designed to hold heavy stock pots up to 14" in the rear
  • Two removable, one-piece crumb drawers under the burners for convenient cleaning
  • Metal control knobs with red stripe for clear visibility and ergonomic operation
  • Hinged lower valve panel providing easy access for maintenance and adjustments
  • Quadrant spring oven doors with ergonomic chrome handles for smooth and safe use
  • Two standard ovens with snap-action thermostats adjustable from 175°F to 550°F, allowing versatile cooking
  • Fully enameled oven cavity with heavy rock wool insulation and oven baffle assembly for excellent heat retention and efficiency
