Southbend’s S-Series restaurant range offers a quality, versatile range for commercial foodservice applications. 24″, 36″, 48″, and 60″ widths and a number of top configurations are available. Configurations include combinations of open burners, griddles and hot tops.

  • 60-3/4" wide stainless steel front, sides, and removable shelf
  • (6) patented one-piece cast iron non-clog burners, 28,000 BTU (Natural Gas) / 24,000 BTU (LP) with Lifetime Warranty
  • 24" wide manual griddle, 1/2" smooth polished steel with raised sides, heated by (3) 16,000 BTU burners
  • 4" stainless steel front rail with closed, welded end caps
  • Individual removable cast iron grate tops; rear clearance for up to 14" stock pot
  • Removable one-piece crumb drawers under burners
  • 35,000 BTU standard oven with snap-action thermostat adjustable from 175°F to 550°F, U-shaped heavy-duty burner
  • Oven cavity 26" wide x 26-1/2" deep, fully enameled and insulated with block type rock wool
  • Equipped with flame failure safety device, factory-installed pressure regulator, and 6" stainless steel adjustable legs
  • 1/2 hp motor (1710 rpm, 60 Hz, 115V AC) with on/off switch to use convection oven base as standard oven, plus 5-position rack guides with two removable racks
