- Spacious convection oven with 35,000 BTU U-shaped burner, snap-action thermostat (175°F-550°F), enameled cavity, and heavy insulation
- Oven equipped with flame failure safety device, 5-position rack guides, two removable racks, and on/off switch to use base as standard oven
- Aluminized cabinet base with optional no-charge center-opening doors for added storage and accessibility
