- Includes a 36-inch manual griddle made of 1/2-inch smooth, polished steel with raised sides and powered by four 16,000 BTU burners for consistent heat.
- Equipped with removable, cast iron grate tops that accommodate large stock pots up to 14 inches.
- Two standard ovens with 35,000 BTU heavy-duty U-shaped burners and snap-action thermostats adjustable from 175°F to 550°F.
- Oven cavities are fully enameled for easy cleaning and durability.
- Oven insulation uses heavy, self-supporting block-type rock wool with a baffle assembly for excellent heat retention and energy efficiency.
- Comes with a factory-installed pressure regulator for safe and reliable gas operation.
