  • 4" stainless steel front rail with closed, welded end caps for added strength and protection
  • Individual removable cast iron grate tops, with rear space designed to hold large stock pots
  • Removable one-piece crumb drawers under burners for simple cleanup
  • Ergonomic quadrant spring doors with chrome handles for easy oven access
  • Two standard ovens with snap action thermostats adjustable between 175°F to 550°F for flexible baking and roasting
  • Oven interiors fully enameled for durability and easy maintenance
  • Heavy-duty oven insulation on all sides and top with rock wool and baffle assembly to retain heat efficiently
