  • Standard oven with snap-action thermostat adjustable from 175°F to 550°F for precise temperature control
  • Heavy-duty U-shaped oven burner ensuring consistent heat distribution
  • Spacious oven cavity with enameled interior for easy cleaning and durability
  • Oven insulated with heavy, self-supporting block-type rock wool and oven baffle assembly for superior heat retention
  • Individual removable cast iron grate tops, with rear designed to hold up to a 14" stock pot
  • Removable one-piece crumb drawers under burners for simplified cleanup
  • Durable stainless steel construction with front, sides, and removable shelf for easy maintenance
  • Aluminized cabinet base with optional no-charge doors that open from the center for flexible storage access
