Southbend’s S-Series restaurant range offers a quality, versatile range for commercial foodservice applications. 24″, 36″, 48″, and 60″ widths and a number of top configurations are available. Configurations include combinations of open burners, griddles and hot tops.

  • Heavy-duty 60-3/4" stainless steel construction with front, sides, and removable shelf for easy cleaning
  • Two patented 28,000 BTU cast iron non-clog burners with Lifetime Warranty and removable grate tops (rear clearance for 14" stock pot)
  • Large 48" manual griddle with 1" smooth, polished steel plate, raised sides, powered by five 16,000 BTU burners
  • Durable 4" stainless steel front rail with closed, welded end caps
  • Removable, one-piece crumb drawers beneath burners for quick cleanup
  • Metal control knobs with red stripe, hinged lower valve panel, and ergonomic quadrant spring doors with chrome handles
  • Adjustable 6" stainless steel legs for stable and leveled installation
  • Spacious convection oven with 35,000 BTU U-shaped burner, snap-action thermostat adjustable between 175°F and 550°F, enameled cavity, and heavy insulation with oven baffle
  • Safety features including flame failure safety device, On/Off oven base switch, 5-position rack guides, and two removable oven racks
  • Aluminized cabinet base with optional no-charge doors that open from the center for easy access and storage
