- Removable, one-piece crumb drawers located beneath burners for simplified cleaning
- Metal knobs with red stripe, hinged lower valve panel, and ergonomic quadrant spring doors with chrome handles
- Adjustable 6" stainless steel legs for stable, leveled installation
- 35,000 BTU convection oven with U-shaped heavy-duty burner, snap-action thermostat adjustable between 175°F and 550°F, fully enameled cavity, and heavy insulation using block-type rock wool and oven baffle assembly
- Safety features including flame failure safety device, factory-installed pressure regulator, and an On/Off switch that allows the base to operate as a standard oven
- Aluminized cabinet base with optional no-charge center-opening doors for convenient access and storage; 5-position rack guides with two removable racks included
