- Equipped with a 4-inch stainless steel front rail with closed, welded end caps for added protection and durability.
- Individual removable cast iron grate tops that can hold pots up to 14 inches in diameter.
- Removable one-piece crumb drawers under the burners for easy cleaning.
- Contains two standard ovens with U-shaped heavy-duty burners and snap-action thermostats adjustable from 175°F to 550°F.
- Oven interiors are fully enameled and insulated on four sides and top with heavy block type rock wool and oven baffle assembly for heat retention and energy efficiency.
- Comes with a factory-installed pressure regulator for consistent and safe gas pressure.
- Equipped with flame failure safety devices, metal knobs with red stripe, adjustable 6-inch stainless steel legs, and an On/Off switch allowing the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven.
