  • Individual removable cast iron grate tops, with rear space for large stock pots
  • Easy-to-clean, removable crumb drawers beneath burners
  • Snap action thermostats on two standard ovens, adjustable from 175°F to 550°F
  • Large oven cavities with enameled parts for durability and easy maintenance
  • Oven insulation with heavy, self-supporting rock wool for excellent heat retention
  • Ergonomic quadrant spring doors with chrome handles and 6" adjustable stainless steel legs
