

The Sirius II by Southbend is a convection/circulating boilerless steam oven designed for efficient and fast cooking. Featuring automatic water-fill, this model includes an internally preheated water system for quick recovery, a clean water reservoir system, and a rear drain for easy maintenance. The Sirius II is heated by electrical elements that are positioned externally to the water reservoir, ensuring efficient operation. The oven is available in two configurations: the four-pan steamers with 27,000 BTU and the six-pan steamers, also with 27,000 BTU, providing powerful and consistent steam for high-volume cooking.
