The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is a high-performance cooking solution for professional kitchens, featuring a 36” wide commercial gas range with a 37” high cooking top. The 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides provide both durability and easy cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off ensures safety and control, while the factory-installed regulator guarantees optimal burner performance.

This model includes standing pilots for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, offering reliable ignition every time. The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 5) combines (2) Pyromax burners in the rear with (3) standard 33K BTU burners in the front, allowing for versatile and efficient sautéing.

For oven cooking, the Hybrid Electric Standard Oven (HxxxxD) features a 4.5 kW electrically heated oven with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, with the ability to accommodate full-sized pans both ways. It includes one rack with two-position side rails for flexible rack placement and ease of use.
